The food is good and is prepared pretty quickly. Atmosphere is what's to be expected from a cafe inside of a grocery store. Customer service is hit or miss sometimes, but usually pretty good.
This small quaint community houses all kinds of wonderful surprises. My needs are always met promptly and courteously by the staff. I have been working out of town and in Colfax quite a few times and have frequented the lunch counter but had yet to try ordering food off the menu. Yesterday, I saw a lunch special and when asked, my question was how long it would take to do a grilled cheese and then before I could be answered , I asked if it could be altered to a ham and cheese? without hesitation The clerk helping me replied that it would be no problem. Even checking in with the cook to make sure. Growing up in a smaller community myself, I miss the mentality of a community That's strong. Where customers feel like they're catered to and people do their job professionally and well. I tip my hat to rosauers and their employees. Thank you for making an outsider feel like he's at home.. Always friendly and they make wonderful food. We go in and have our lunch almost every Friday. friendly staff and always greet people with a smile. Even though you can see they are very bizzy. They are never short with their customers. Always courteous and kind.
Can't say enough how helpful the staff were. They worked through my dietary restrictions to find me a satisfying meal I could have. Wonderful. Thank you so much.
A place for locals to meet and share a home-style meal. Food from the deli is good. It's not four-star dining but it hits the spot. It's a little shabby but that just adds to the homey atmosphere. A lot of foot traffic going by so it's sorta in the middle of things.
This is a small deli Café next to the front door inside Rosauers. The chicken is very good.
Great selection, and the checkout and bagging staff were A plus.
